Ovaj sportski centar nalazi se u srcu svakog pravog Zemunca. Ime je dobio po narodnom heroju Bošku Palkovljeviću Pinkiju.
U sklopu hale koja ima preko 2300 sedećih mesta za utakmice i turnire, može da stane i preko 5000 ljudi kada se održavaju koncerti. takođe, u njoj postoji olimpijski bazen, ogromna teretana, saune, prostorije za razne sportove borilačkih veština itd.
Izuzetno je posećen tokom cele godine, konstantno se organizuju utakmice, turniri, koncerti i može se reći da je najveći izvor sportskog duha Zemunaca.
U sklopu kompleksa možete uživati u nekoliko kafića i restorana pa čak i u kuglani.
Otvoren je na 30. godišnjicu pobede nad fašizmom, 21. oktobra 1974. godine.
