Dolaskom isusovaca na Petrovaradin započete su izgradnje više rimokatoličkih Crkava. Jedna od njih je i Crkva Uzvišenja Svetog Križa na kojoj se ističu kipovi Svetog Jeronima iz 1925. godine. U dvorištu se nalazi zanimljiv spomenik sa natpisom Ad traiectum 1735.

With the arrival of the Jesuits in Petrovaradin, the construction of several Roman Catholic Churches began. One of them is the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, where the statues of Saint Jerome from 1925 stand out. In the courtyard there is an interesting monument with the inscription Ad traiectum 1735.
The church is located in Archibalda Reisa Street and the beginning of Costa Nadja Street.
