Obiluje zelenilom, listopadnim i zimzelenim drvećem, travnatim površinama i uređenim šetalištima.
U parku se nalaze Pravoslavna Crkva Svetog arhangela Mihajla i Gavrila, a i rimokatolička – Crkva Svetog Roka, i čuvena Zemunska gimnazija.
Rekonstruisan je 2018. godine i sačuvan je njegov stari gospodski izgled.

In the following series of texts “Welcome to Zemun”, we will present you locations in Zemun, which have not left anyone indifferent so far. This municipality offers everything a person is interested in, starting with historical buildings and personalities, nightlife, beautiful architecture, even hidden parts unexplored at first glance, and simply, its unique spirit. According to many Zemun residents, Zemun Park is the heart and soul of the city. During the day, a little over a million people pass here because it is surrounded by schools, health care facilities, catering establishments, and from some angle it looks like it is just a passing place of the busy world. However, there is no local who will not stop even in that abnormal rush to rest at least for a minute and take a deep breath, and then a smile appears instantly. Little girls have all the freedom to enjoy the greenery, different playgrounds, pensioners feed the birds and play chess, while middle-aged working people will see this part of the day as an oasis of peace. The construction of the park began back in 1880, and its first name was Elizabeth’s Park. It is full of greenery, deciduous and evergreen trees, grassy areas and landscaped walkways. In the park are the Orthodox Church of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel, as well as the Roman Catholic Church of St. Roch, and the famous Zemun High School. It was reconstructed in 2018 and its old stately appearance has been preserved.
