Hram Svetog Georgija ili Saborna crkva u Novom Sadu je najznačajniji pravoslavni hram u gradu i proglašena je spomenikom kulture od velikog značaja. Prvi hram pominje se još 1720. godine koji je vremenom zamenjen, sve dok se 1851. godine nije donela odluka o velikim promenama na izgledu ovog najvećeg duhovno-istorijskog zdanja u Novom Sadu.

Najveći uticaj na izlged unutrašnjeg oslikavanja i ikona ostavio je čuveni Paja Jovanović. Najstariji spomenik u gradu nalazi se u porti ovog hrama, a u pitanju je krst od ružičastog mermera, Bogojavljenski krst.

The Church of St. George or the Cathedral in Novi Sad is the most important Orthodox church in the city and has been declared a cultural monument of great importance. The first temple is mentioned as early as 1720, which was replaced over time, until in 1851, a decision was made to make major changes to the appearance of this largest spiritual and historical building in Novi Sad.

The greatest influence on the appearance of interior painting and icons was left by the famous Paja Jovanović. The oldest monument in the city is located in the gate of this temple, and it is a pink marble cross, the Epiphany Cross.
