Ova crkva je rusinsko grkokatolička i nalazi se na raskršću Svetozara Miletića i Jovana Subotića. Pripadnici Grkokatoličke parohije u Novom sadu su Rusini i Ukrajinci. Prema informacijama oko 3000 vernika okuplja se u ovoj zejednici, a bogosluženja se služe na crkvenoslovenkom jeziku.
Građena početkom 1820. završena je nakoh nekih 27 godina. Prvo veliko renoviranje je bilo 1997. i to na 150 godina postojanja, nakon čega dobija ovaj velelepni izgled koji očarava prolaznike.

Vernici koji posećuju ovaj hram su Rusini i Ukrajinci, i njihova verovanja su mešavina rimokatoličkog i pravoslavnog učenja.

This church is Ruthenian Greek Catholic and is located at the intersection of Svetozar Miletić and Jovan Subotić. Members of the Greek Catholic parish in Novi Sad are Ruthenians and Ukrainians.
