This church was built in 1886. Slovaks were extremely valued at that time as workers, and Hungarians brought them to the Novi Sad area to help them on their estates. With a long-term fund-raising campaign, given the poverty of Slovaks, money was secured and a location was chosen at the then Senjska pijaka. The architecture of this church is very interesting and you should not miss seeing it. It is located at the intersection of Masarikova and Jovan Subotić streets.
