Savski kej, popularno novobeogradsko šetalište, prostire se od Bloka 70a do Bloka 45 i na tom potezu duž cele reke Save nalaze se čuveni splavovi. Šetalište je nastalo krajem ’70 godina radnim akcijama u kojima je učestvovala omladina iz cele države. Pre toga ovaj deo Novog Beograda bilo je močvarno stanište raznih divljih životinja i ptica i starije generacije pamte divlje plaže u kojima su uživali.
Danas je ovo šetalište omiljeni deo Novog Beograda velikom broju ljudi, obzirom na lepotu prirode i šta sve nudi, može se reći – opravdano! Duž celog nasipa možete džogirati, trenirati na otvorenim teretanama, voziti bicikle i rolere. Veliki broj ljudi tokom letnjeg perioda koristi kej i za kupanje i sunčanje koje nude ugostiteljski objekti. Naravno, i tokom zime ovaj kej privlači veliki broj posetilaca pa čak i kada su snežne padavine. Raznovrsni restorani nude široku ponudu domaće i strane kuhinje, organizuju se žurke i festivali. Možete decu dovesti i u pozorište, čuveni Teatar na Savi, kao i na kulturnu manifestaciju koja se održava svake godine – ,,Novobeogradsko leto”. Do ovog dela Novog Beograda dolazi se lako gradskim prevozom, veliki broj parking mesta dostupan je svima, a može se doći čak i čamcima. Može se reći da je ovo prava oaza mira i hedonizma i da svakako morate obići i uveriti se da je ovaj kej – lek za dušu!

The Sava Quay, a popular New Belgrade promenade, stretches from Block 70a to Block 45, and on that stretch along the entire Sava river there are famous rafts. Before that, this part of New Belgrade was a swamp habitat for various wild animals and birds, and older generations remember the wild beaches they enjoyed. Today, this promenade is the favorite part of New Belgrade for a large number of people, given the beauty of nature and what it has to offer, one can say – justifiably so! Along the entire embankment you can jog, train in outdoor gyms, ride bicycles and rollerblades. A large number of people during the summer period use the quay for swimming and sunbathing, which are offered by catering establishments. Of course, this quay also attracts a large number of visitors during the winter, even when there is snowfall. Various restaurants offer a wide range of local and foreign cuisine, parties and festivals are organized. You can also bring the children to the theater, the famous Theater on the Sava, as well as to the cultural event that takes place every year – “New Belgrade Summer”. This part of New Belgrade can be easily reached by public transport, a large number of parking spaces are available to everyone, and you can can even be reached by boats.It can be said that this is a true oasis of peace and hedonism and you must definitely visit and see for yourself that this quay is medicine for the soul!
