“Moje putovanje kroz Novi Beograd”: Sportsko-rekreativni centar 11. april

U serijalu tekstova “Moje putovanje kroz Novi Beograd” koji slede predstavićemo Vam lokacije na Novom Beogradu koje su od istorijskog značaja, kultna mesta koja čine ovu opštinu najinteresantnijom za turiste koji imaju želju da posete Beograd i Srbiju. Ova opština nudi niz zanimljivosti počevši od istorijskih građevina, noćni provod tokom cele nedelje, obilazak muzeja, verskih objekata, sportskih manifestacija, plovidba rekama i delova koji su poznati samo lokalcima, a koje kada ih jednom posetite – sigurno ćete poželeti i da im se vratite!

Serijal tekstova nastavljamo pisanjem o najvećem sportskom komleksu na Novom Beogradu. Reč je o sportsko-rekreativnom centru 11. april koji je nastao davne 1979. godine, a počeo je sa radom 20. decembra. Raspolaže kapacitetom oko 2.500 ljudi, koji svakodnevno mogu da uživaju u plivanju (3 otvorena i isto toliko zatvorenih bazena), terenima za tenis, kao i u salama za male sportove. U sklopu kompleksa postoje razne školice sporta za decu, rekreativci mogu da se zabave raznim programima kao što su pilates i aerobik, stoni tenis, da vežbaju gađanje u streljani, koriste saune. Posetioci mogu da uživaju čak i u noćnom kupanju. U sklopu centra možete se priključiti raznim akademijama, čuvenog srpskog tenisera Janka Tipsarevića, potom stonoteniserskoj akademiji ,,Kocić”… Zatvorene bazene koriste i vaterpolo i plivački klubovi koji okupljaju veliki broj omladine.

Ono što čini ovaj kompleks još privlačnijim je lokacija. Nalazi se u blizini Studentskog grada i povezan je sa više gradskih autobuskih linija, obezbedjen je veliki broj parking mesta. Pre i posle sportskih aktivnost posetioci mogu da se opuste u kafićima i restoranu.

Dugi niz godina stanovnici opštine Novi Beograd zahvaljujući Sekretarijatu za sport i omladinu, kao i čelnicima opštine, mogu da koriste besplatne rekreativne programe i škole plivanja.

We continue the series of articles by writing about the largest sports complex in New Belgrade. It is about the April 11 sports and recreation center, which was created back in 1979, and started operating on December 20. It has a capacity of about 2,500 people, who can enjoy swimming (3 open and the same number of indoor pools), tennis courts, and small sports halls every day. Within the complex there are various sports schools for children, recreationists can have fun with various programs such as pilates and aerobics, table tennis, practice shooting at the shooting range, use saunas. Visitors can even enjoy a night swim. Within the center, you can join various academies, the famous Serbian tennis player Janko Tipsarević, then the table tennis academy “Kocić”… Indoor pools are also used by water polo and swimming clubs, which gather a large number of young people. What makes this complex even more attractive is the location. It is located near the Student Town and is connected to several city bus lines, a large number of parking spaces are provided. Before and after sports activities, visitors can relax in cafes and restaurants. Thanks to the Secretariat for Sports and Youth, as well as the leaders of the municipality, residents of the municipality of New Belgrade have been able to use free recreational programs and swimming schools for many years.
